GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure with high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools and generate a backlog, identifying gaps and prioritizing improvements without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly ship productivity workflows by triaging requests, identifying low-hanging fruit, and iterating on solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, preferably in a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and ownership of changes
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to use low-code solutions versus custom builds
