GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer, this full-time remote position will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that drive revenue, focusing on shipping code, auditing the GTM stack, and creating internal tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows to scale growth and sales efforts
• Audit the existing GTM stack to identify and address gaps and redundancies
• Build internal tools that automate manual workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in GTM, growth, or revenue systems
• Experience using AI tools and building with LLMs and AI agents
• Proficiency with modern GTM stacks and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Strong product and design sensibility for creating polished internal tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
