GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that enhance revenue, focusing on shipping code that drives pipeline and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows to scale growth and sales motions
• Audit the existing GTM stack to identify gaps and implement solutions quickly
• Embed with sales and growth teams to systematize their best practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in GTM or revenue systems
• Experience with AI tools and building applications using LLMs and AI agents
• Proficiency with modern GTM stacks and fluency in navigating APIs and integrations
• Strong product and design sensibility to create polished internal tools
• Commercial instinct to identify leverage opportunities in sales and growth metrics
