GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer in a fully remote capacity, the successful candidate will architect and manage the technical systems that transform customer and market signals into actionable revenue strategies, while also driving insights and automations to enhance sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Connect and manage the GTM Tech Stack, routing product usage signals into actionable fields for sales teams
• Own the design and implementation of pipeline workflows and post-sale handoffs to ensure seamless transitions and effective seller enablement
• Build automations across Sales, Success, and Marketing, utilizing coding skills and tools to enhance efficiency and drive velocity

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a GTM Engineer, RevOps engineer, Salesforce developer, or sales systems role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs, having built integrations end-to-end
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, including data models, flows, and custom fields/objects
• Experience activating signals from internal product usage data and external intent sources, with familiarity in outbound tooling and automation tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding, analysis, and document drafting
