GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that enhance revenue generation while shipping code that drives pipeline and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows to scale growth and sales motions
• Audit and optimize the existing GTM stack, addressing gaps and redundancies
• Embed with sales and growth teams to develop systems from their best practices

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in GTM or revenue systems
• Proficiency with AI tools and experience building with LLMs and AI agents
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools and fluency in APIs and integrations
• Strong product and design sensibility for creating polished internal tools
• Experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering is a bonus
