Job Summary
Owning the automated infrastructure for outbound campaigns, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and optimize multi-channel sequences, maintain prospect lists, and manage signal-based selling systems to enhance revenue operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences using automation tools and workflows
- Build and maintain enriched account profiles to support relevant outreach for BDRs and AEs
- Own and manage CRM health, ensuring data accuracy and integration monitoring
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in growth marketing, revenue operations, or a similar technical GTM role in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Fluency in data enrichment tooling and experience with APIs and data integrations
- Experience with CRM administration, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce
- Cross-functional experience working with BDR, AE, and CS teams to understand their needs
