GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while collaborating with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and maintain infrastructure for the GTM platform, ensuring documentation and code quality standards are upheld

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase, including understanding PR reviews and merge conflicts
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
