GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the first GTM Engineer, this full-time remote position will partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems that enhance revenue, focusing on shipping code that drives pipeline and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Ship AI-powered workflows to scale growth and sales motions
• Audit the existing GTM stack to identify gaps and redundancies
• Build internal tools to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in GTM or revenue systems
• Experience using AI tools and building with LLMs and AI agents
• Familiarity with modern GTM stacks and proficiency in navigating APIs and integrations
• Strong product and design sensibility for creating polished internal tools
• Experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering is a plus
