GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or from various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements to enhance workflow efficiency without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly ship productivity workflows, addressing field requests and iterating on solutions to improve rep efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role in a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including a strong understanding of its data model and customization
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a proven track record of owning AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental knowledge of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to utilize low-code solutions versus custom builds
