GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on account and contact data quality and orchestration
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements, taking initiative without waiting for a roadmap
• Quickly ship productivity workflows by addressing field requests and iterating on solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think in systems, designing solutions that are reusable and maintainable
