GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or onsite in New York, San Francisco, Austin, London, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and overlaps, generating a prioritized backlog for improvements
• Develop and implement rep productivity workflows quickly, focusing on iterative solutions and integrating third-party APIs for seamless data flow

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role in a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and change management
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building automation workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Demonstrated ability to make informed build decisions, balancing low-code solutions with custom developments
