GTM Engineer

Job Summary

As the founding GTM Engineer in a full-time capacity, this role will design and operate systems that enhance the go-to-market motion, focusing on automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the automation layer across the GTM funnel, including lead routing and CRM hygiene
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in revenue operations
• Build executive dashboards and conduct analyses to provide insights into funnel performance and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Solutions Engineering, or GTM Engineering at a SaaS company
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, integrations, basic SQL, and familiarity with modern GTM tools
• Practical experience with AI tools and workflows, including prompt engineering and QA processes
• Sales intuition gained from working closely with sales teams or in quota-bearing roles
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to conduct data work and translate findings into actionable recommendations
