GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions, working remotely or in one of the specified locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and effective workflows
• Audit existing tools, identify gaps, and prioritize enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement productivity workflows swiftly, focusing on iterative improvements and bespoke AI solutions when necessary

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of its data model
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to build automation workflows
• Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Ability to think in systems, ensuring solutions are reusable and maintainable
