GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or from various locations including New York, San Francisco, Austin, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, focusing on data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements without waiting for a roadmap
• Develop and implement productivity workflows quickly, favoring iterative solutions over perfection

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role in a high-growth, AI-native B2B environment
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including ownership of data model changes
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and a track record of managing end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to utilize low-code solutions versus custom builds
