Job Summary

Owning the systems and data infrastructure that powers go-to-market strategies, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will architect and maintain reliable integrations, ensure data quality, and develop AI-powered workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities
  • Audit and enhance the GTM stack to ensure data quality and reliable integrations
  • Deploy and configure core integrations while building enrichment pipelines for accurate account data
  • Implement automated campaigns and multi-channel orchestration to streamline workflows across teams
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building flows and integrations
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and managing Salesforce sync
  • Experience with AI tools and building enrichment pipelines
  • Comfortable with scripting or automation logic (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for data transformation
