GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations by reviewing code contributions, maintaining the codebase, and developing features end-to-end while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features, integrating external APIs into the application
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps, including server management and deployments
