GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely or from various locations including New York, San Francisco, Austin, or Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools and systems to identify gaps and prioritize improvements, taking initiative without waiting for a roadmap
• Rapidly ship productivity workflows by addressing immediate needs from the field and iterating on solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including a strong understanding of its data model
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and a proven track record of building AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to utilize low-code solutions versus custom builds
