GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that powers GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify and solve business problems by building features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining documentation and code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including PR reviews and managing merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end, from problem identification to solution adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
