GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that supports GTM operations by reviewing code, maintaining platform quality, and developing features to solve business problems, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution deployment
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
