GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge go-to-market engine, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and build AI-powered systems, manage the GTM tech stack, and collaborate closely with the CRO to shape commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and architect the GTM tech stack, ensuring effective data flow and tool integration
• Build AI-native pipeline workflows that automate account management and outreach processes
• Collaborate with the CRO to provide data-driven insights on market strategy and account segmentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a technical sales/marketing role
• Proven ability to build complex enrichment, automation, or AI-powered workflows
• Experience with tools like Clay and strong understanding of CRM data models
• Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of ideal customer profiles and funnel economics
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating ownership and initiative
