GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows to enhance sales, marketing, and support functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and workflow efficiency
• Audit existing tools and generate a backlog of improvements, prioritizing based on identified gaps and needs
• Rapidly develop productivity workflows and custom AI solutions, balancing speed and effectiveness while considering system-wide implications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, preferably in a high-growth, AI-native B2B environment
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model and ownership of changes
• Proficiency in using AI coding assistants for building workflows and automation
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Demonstrated ability to think in systems and design reusable, extensible solutions
