GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the outbound strategy end-to-end, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and build scalable prospecting systems, optimize SDR tools, and develop data-driven targeting strategies to enhance performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build outbound infrastructure for scalable prospecting and outreach
• Equip SDRs with tools, playbooks, and data insights to maximize efficiency and conversion rates
• Track and analyze outbound metrics to drive continuous improvement through experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM strategy and outbound performance
• Expertise in evaluating and optimizing GTM tech stacks
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL queries, and automation scripts
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on understanding and enhancing team workflows
