GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the entire outbound process, the full-time GTM Engineer will design and implement scalable prospecting systems, optimize SDR tools and strategies, and ensure cross-functional alignment while working remotely from the US, Canada, or Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable outbound infrastructure for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach
• Equip SDRs with effective tools, playbooks, and data insights to enhance efficiency and conversion rates
• Develop data and targeting strategies, including ICP models and segmentation logic, to focus efforts on high-intent accounts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering or related fields
• Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing GTM tools for outbound performance
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL queries, and automation scripting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills related to go-to-market efficiency
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on understanding cross-functional workflows
