GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Transforming strategy into execution, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will partner with GTM Strategists to design, build, and optimize systems and automations that enhance revenue operations using HubSpot and other modern technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM Strategists to create scalable technical solutions based on business requirements and customer journeys
- Design and optimize workflows, automations, and CRM architecture to support partner growth
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical challenges to improve automation and data quality
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, or related fields
- Advanced HubSpot expertise and working knowledge of Clay
- Experience in designing scalable CRM architectures and workflows
- Proven ability to build integrations and data flows across multiple GTM platforms
- Background in troubleshooting complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments
