GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including integration of external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfortable with DevOps practices and tools related to servers and infrastructure management
