GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that powers GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring quality and security in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to validate logic, security, and production-readiness
• Identify business problems worth solving and develop features end-to-end, including integration of external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review and managing a multi-person codebase
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
