GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that powers GTM operations, focusing on code review, quality assurance, and feature development while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure logic, security, and production-readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs and managing deployments
• Maintain code quality standards and documentation while enabling non-engineer contributors to ship safely

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase, understanding PR reviews and merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps, including server management and deployment processes
