GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of a leading AI-native system for local businesses, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will manage the infrastructure that identifies, nurtures, and converts restaurant owners into customers while collaborating across product, data, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve systems for identifying, routing, nurturing, and retaining high-quality demand to increase ARR contribution
• Develop billing systems, CPQ flows, and integrate Salesforce and RevOps functions to streamline operations
• Create unified lead funnels and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into growth metrics and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, and go-to-market functions, with at least 1-2 years as a software engineer
• Proven track record of shipping impactful software solutions
• Strong understanding of product quality and customer needs through research
• Ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative data for informed decision-making
• Experience in managing ambiguity and defining clear goals independently
