GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including integration of external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor patterns

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with multi-person codebases, including code review and managing merge conflicts
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
