GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features end-to-end, and oversee infrastructure while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify and solve business problems by building features and integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and coding standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience with code reviews and managing contributions in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
