GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, maintain the GTM platform, and develop features end-to-end while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review PRs from cross-functional contributors to ensure logic, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features from scoping to shipping and adoption
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and understanding of PR reviews and merge conflicts
• A track record of owning features end-to-end, from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
