GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management, while ensuring high-quality contributions from cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including integration of external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining documentation and code standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
