GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while working collaboratively with cross-functional contributors in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and develop features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and maintain the infrastructure for the GTM platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in modern web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code within a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end without detailed specifications
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
