GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and managing merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
