GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time salaried GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform that powers GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code reviews and managing a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
