GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring high-quality contributions from cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from contributors to validate logic, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
• Manage deployments and maintain code quality standards across the GTM platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• A proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
