GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support revenue operations and automation initiatives, the full-time GTM Engineer will implement data sourcing and integration solutions while managing workflow automation and ensuring data quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and integrate data sources to enhance GTM processes, delivering solutions from prototype to production
• Map existing data capabilities, evaluate third-party vendors, and implement consolidation pipelines for reliable data access
• Translate business requirements from various teams into functional systems, ensuring data standards and governance are maintained

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Operations
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
• Experience with Python or TypeScript for data transformations and API integrations
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier
• Comfortable working with CRM data, particularly Salesforce, and building reports
