GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while supporting cross-functional contributors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review PRs from contributors to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
- Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and maintain documentation and contributor patterns across the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase
- Proven ability to own features from problem identification to solution adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
