GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the internal platform for GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests for logic, security, and production readiness while maintaining the GTM platform codebase
• Identify business problems and develop features end-to-end, including API integrations
• Manage deployments and infrastructure, ensuring code quality standards and documentation are upheld

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience with code review processes in a multi-person codebase
• Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
