GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Bridging complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that enhance sales, marketing, and support functions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation for the Specialist GTM organization, ensuring data quality and enrichment workflows
• Audit existing tools to identify gaps and prioritize improvements, generating a backlog based on observations
• Rapidly ship productivity workflows by addressing field requests and focusing on iterative solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of its data model
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and a track record of owning AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• Strong judgment in determining when to use low-code solutions versus custom builds
