GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture, automation, and data integrity of the go-to-market stack, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will build and manage systems that enhance sales, marketing, and customer success workflows while ensuring data quality and integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build enrichment waterfalls, lead scoring models, and CRM sync pipelines while ensuring data quality in GTM systems
• Administer Gong and Salesforce to turn conversation data into actionable insights for revenue leadership
• Develop AI-powered automations and identify opportunities for AI integration across the GTM motion

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations
• Hands-on experience building in Clay, including enrichment waterfalls and CRM sync pipelines
• Experience with Gong administration and Salesforce configuration
• Demonstrated ability to ship AI workflows using LLM APIs in a GTM context
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working in a data warehouse environment
