GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform powering GTM operations, focusing on code review, quality assurance, and feature development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
• Identify and solve business problems by building features end-to-end, including integrating external APIs
• Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
• Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
• Proven ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps tasks, including server management and deployments
