GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working collaboratively with cross-functional contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Review pull requests to ensure code quality, security, and production readiness
• Identify business problems and build features from scoping to deployment
• Manage deployments and maintain the infrastructure for the GTM platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Fluency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and AWS
• Experience with code contributions and reviews in a multi-person codebase
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end without a detailed specification
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
