GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations by reviewing code, maintaining the codebase, and developing features while working in a hybrid environment in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate code contributions from cross-functional team members to ensure quality and security
• Identify and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs and managing tooling enablement
• Oversee deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform, maintaining documentation and code quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
• Experience with code reviews in a multi-person codebase, understanding PR reviews and merge conflicts
• Demonstrated ability to own features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption
• Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
