GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Growth organization, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and implement data pipelines, automation systems, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance the company's go-to-market strategies and optimize the conversion of enterprise buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain ICP scoring models and intent signal pipelines, ensuring data quality and transformation
• Design AI-assisted workflows to automate research and outreach processes, reducing manual efforts across Sales and Marketing
• Develop and manage integration systems that connect various GTM tools, overseeing the full lifecycle of these integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a related technical role
• Proficiency in Python, including experience with data transformation pipelines and scoring model construction
• Hands-on experience in integration engineering, building systems that process data from multiple sources
• Strong data fluency with Salesforce, including knowledge of the object model and SOQL
• Familiarity with LLMs in production contexts, including classification and extraction
