GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the outbound process end-to-end, the full-time remote GTM Engineer will design and build scalable systems for prospecting and outreach while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance outbound efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build outbound infrastructure, including data pipelines and automation workflows
- Equip SDRs with tools, playbooks, and insights to optimize conversion rates
- Develop data and targeting strategies to focus outbound efforts on high-intent accounts
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in GTM roles
- Expertise in evaluating and optimizing GTM tools for outbound performance
- Ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution, including SQL and automation scripting
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on understanding cross-functional workflows
