GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the internal platform that powers GTM operations, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage code reviews, develop features, and oversee infrastructure while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness
- Identify and build solutions for business problems, integrating external APIs as needed
- Manage deployments and maintain the infrastructure for the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience with multi-person codebases, including PR reviews and managing merge conflicts
- Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployment processes
