GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code reviews, feature development, and infrastructure management while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and security
- Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, including API integrations
- Manage deployments and maintain code quality standards across the GTM platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience with code reviews in a multi-person codebase and understanding of merge conflicts
- A track record of owning features from problem identification to solution adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
