GTM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time GTM Engineer will design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and data pipelines, collaborating closely with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable engineering solutions, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend product features for internal web applications using a modern tech stack
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and automated integrations with core revenue systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into an engineering roadmap

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software using modern stacks (e.g., Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js)
• Experience integrating with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proven ownership of production data pipelines, including monitoring and recovery
• Familiarity with lean BaaS and hosting platforms such as Supabase and Vercel
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools as part of the development workflow
