GTM Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while ensuring quality and security in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to validate logic, security, and production-readiness
- Identify business problems and build features end-to-end, integrating external APIs and managing tooling enablement
- Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining code quality standards and documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development
- Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations
- Experience in contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase
- Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution adoption
- Comfort with DevOps practices related to servers, deployments, and infrastructure management
